Hulmes Vale Farm Cottages offer excellent facilities for businesses wishing to offer their staff or customers team-building and corporate days. Situated in 10 acres of grounds, our cottages can sleep up to 30 people and lend themselves to both small, and larger events.

Our cottages can be hired separately, or together if you need to accommodate more guests.
Both cottages can be hired for 2, 3 or 4 night midweek breaks, and these are offered at discounted rates.
We are also happy to hire out the facilities for individual days if requested. Our cottages feature large areas for group discussions/talks, and smaller rooms for spin-off groups or one-to-one meetings
All the facilities that you need
At Hulmes Vale Farm Cottages we offer wireless internet access free of charge. There is ample parking available at the rear of the cottages.
We can offer a full catering service, or if you wish to make your stay a true team building event including making your own meals, then having all your supplies delivered to the door from any of the big supermarkets couldn’t be easier.
Within easy driving distance are many pubs/restaurants if you are looking for something special, and we have details of local taxi/minibus companies who can take care of the transport for you.
Here for a second year running with a group of 13 teenagers who were absolutely cracking! Brilliant base for exploring. Weather was good, and the Holmes Barn had everything that we needed.
